All orders are shipped directly from our workshop in Austin, TX.
Shipping cost is based on weight and the size of the packaged product. Simply add products to your cart and use the Shipping Calculator to see the shipping price.
For international orders (outside of the USA) we do not prepay customs fees or import taxes, so you may be need to pay these when your package arrives depending on how your country handles it.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Modhaus purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

What finish does the wood have?
All of our wooden products are finished with a matte, clear finish that helps keep the natural look and feel of the wood.
The only stain we use is black - all other woods keep their natural color and no pigments or dyes are added to them.
How long will it take to get my order?
In an effort to reduce environmental waste, most products are typically 'made-to-order' and ship out within 3-5 business days.
From there, it could take an additional 3-5 days depending on the shipping service used, and an additional 5-7 days for international orders.
We have a good record of getting orders out faster than planned.
Will these items scratch my desk?
Nope! All of the products in the Essentials line have protective bumpers or are lined with a natural cork backing.
