Shipping
Domestic Shipping
We ship orders via USPS and UPS o locations in the United States and US territories. We reserve the right to change shipping providers depending on speed of shipment & price. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted on a product page. US shipping usually takes 3-7 days, but we can offer express shipping.To upgrade your shipping, please reach out to us before placing your order.
International Shipping
We deliver globally using UPS, DHL, and USPS though we reserve the right to use different providers when necessary. International orders might be subject to customs and additional import charges upon arrival at the destination. These costs differ by country and are the recipient's responsibility. Not paying these import fees could lead to the shipment being abandoned, forfeiting any refund or replacement possibilities. Delivery durations can change depending on the destination
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your Modhaus purchase. Please read the following carefully. If at any time you have any questions, please reach out to us at hello@shopmodhaus.com. We're here to help.
- Items in new condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please fill out our return/exchange request form below to start the process or email us at hello@shopmodhaus.com.
- Please remember that custom products cannot be returned.
- We are not able to cover the return shipping cost. We will create a return label for you but shipping costs are non-refundable & the cost of return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
- If you received your item as a gift, please email us at with any information you have (order number, purchasers name and order items, etc) and we will take care of you.
- Once we will receive your return, we willl issue a refund on a receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred.
