FAQs

  • Send us some pictures of the damage at hello@shopmodhaus.com and we'll take care of you. Pictures of both the product and the shipping box are helpful - the more photos the quicker we can help.

  • Our wood products are finished using an eco-friendly hard-wax oil that keeps the natural look & feel of the wood. It's important to not use any chemicals or cleaners.

    Using a damp rag with clean water is sufficient for the regular cleaning of your product. Remember that wood and water do not mix, so using a damp rag means your rag should not be “dripping wet” when cleaning a wood surface. 

  • Because we're a small business, we're unable to cover the cost for return shipping.

    We will create a return label for you, but shipping costs are non-refundable & the cost of return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

    If we made a mistake or you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@shopmodhaus.com and we'll make things right.

  • The cost of shipping will vary depending on the products, the number of items, and the shipping method you select at checkout. You should be able to fill your shopping cart with the items you'd like and then review the amount before you complete the transaction.

Policies

  • We want you to be completely happy with your Modhaus purchase. Please read the following carefully. If at any time you have any questions, please reach out to us at hello@shopmodhaus.com. We're here to help.

    • Items in new condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please fill out our return/exchange request contact form to start the process or email us at hello@shopmodhaus.com.  

    • Please remember that custom products cannot be returned.

    • We are not able to cover the return shipping cost. We will create a return label for you but shipping costs are non-refundable & the cost of return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
    • If you received your item as a gift, please email us at with any information you have (order number, purchasers name and order items, etc) and we will take care of you.
    • Once we will receive your return, we willl issue a refund on a receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred.

  • We ship orders via USPS and UPS to locations in the United States and US territories. We reserve the right to change shipping providers depending on speed of shipment & price. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted on a product page. US shipping usually takes 3-7 days.

  • We deliver globally using UPS, DHL, and USPS though we might to use different providers when necessary. International orders might be subject to customs and additional import charges upon arrival at the destination. These costs differ by country and are the recipient's responsibility. Not paying these import fees could lead to the shipment being abandoned, forfeiting any refund or replacement possibilities. Delivery durations can change depending on the destination

  • The terms and conditions govern the transaction between you, the purchaser, and VK & Company LLC (DBA Modhaus). When you place an order with us, you confirm that you've reviewed, comprehended, and consented to our terms and conditions. If you have objections to any of our terms and conditions, kindly inform us before placing an order. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at our discretion and for any reason.

  • We have the right to change prices at any point for any reason. Additionally, we may not validate pricing discrepancies due to typographical errors on the website. Please note that your full payment is processed upon order placement, regardless of when the product is scheduled for shipment.
